Chancellor Thomas J. Nussbaum testified at the Higher Education Budget Overview Hearing held by the Senate Budget and Fiscal Review Subcommittee #1 on Monday, March 3. The subcommittee members clearly concurred that the community colleges would be disproportionately reduced by the Governor's 2003-04 budget proposal and indicated they would look for ways to correct the situation.
