this intent. A member of the public may request that an item
be removed from Consent by filling out a request to testify
in accordance with Section 41 of these Procedures, or by asking
a Board member to remove an item from Consent. The
item shall then be removed from Consent if any Board
member exercises his or her authority to remove an item from
Consent.
