The Economic Development and Workforce Preparation Division of the Chancellor’s Office is committed to providing leadership and technical assistance to enhance the capacity of the community colleges in the areas of career ladders and workforce and economic development; implementation of the California State Plan for Vocational and Technical Education and Vocational Education Technology Act (VTEA); career development partnerships; special project management; and systemwide technical assistance delivery.
