As a courtesy to those
holding a credential, this office can search the archived
records and provide a "letter of verification"
top the holder of such credential. This service is for
those who's credential has been lost, damaged, or stolen.
This office does not issue duplications, replacements,
or modifications to existing credentials. This archives
hold documents dating from approximately 1970-71 through
1990. The search and verification process takes six
to eight weeks. Please contact the person listed above
