This unit is responsible for the allocation of state apportionment funds; establishment of the system's financial accounting requirements, collection of the system's fiscal and student workload information; content revenue and issues resolution of third parties and audits of districts; monitoring districts' financial condition; and administration of the Fifty Percent Law and Full-Time/Part-Time Faculty statutes and regulations.
